Tammy L. Wincott is the leading attorney for the Wincott Law Firm, P.C. Ms. Wincott has a myriad of experience ranging from service in the U.S. Air Force, during the Persian Gulf War, with an MOS of Air Traffic Controller, Emergency Law Enforcement Communications, Construction Laborer, past owner of a Roofing Company, farming and the horse racing industry, as well as other experience. Originally from Upstate New York, relocated to Texas during military service.
Recognized consistently in the 2010-2022 editions of Scene in S.A. as one of San Antonio's Best Lawyers in various areas of law including Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Probate & Immigration (the Firm is not taking any immigration cases at this time).
Previously licensed with the Texas Horse Racing Commission.
